Introducing Sauterelle, the first-ever brewable grasshopper protein broth. Sauterelle is a female-founded food company focused on making clean, sustainable, and delicious grasshopper protein broth a household staple. Think of this as a broth alternative, and use it how you would any other broth, like chicken, beef or vegetable! What makes this product even easier to use than other broths is the way it’s sold – in a single-serve sachet. You can brew Sauterelle as a beverage, in a cup like tea; you can toss a sachet into a pot of a soup or stew, and you can place a sachet atop your favorite instant ramen before pouring the hot water.

This exquisite elixir nourishes you with protein, essential vitamins and minerals, omegas 3, 6 and 9, all 9 essential amino acids, B vitamins, and fiber in the form of chitin (like lobster). Sauterelle is currently available in two flavors, Citron (lemony and comforting) and Classique (savory and classically seasoned). Both slightly reminiscent of a classic broth, but with a delicate, nutty, earthy undertones belonging to the natural taste of the Sauterelle.

Sauterelle is where the elegance of French cuisine meets the vision of a sustainable future. Each sachet brews like tea in 10 minutes or less, and embodies a harmony of sophistication and ecological responsibility. The premium grasshopper protein is sourced from sustainable farms to bring the benefits of clean, eco-friendly eating to your table. You can learn more here.

The idea of Sauterelle came into existence when founder and Chef, Lucy Arnell, was earning her degree in culinary arts at The Institute of Culinary Education in California. Learning French cooking techniques in parallel to learning about food waste sparked an idea, and she honed in on her inspiration by taking note from the city she calls home, Los Angeles, a melting pot of cultures that regularly eat insects. Her time spent in the kitchens of Jean-Georges Vongerichten and Loria Stern offered great qualitative insight and refined her entrepreneurial vision even further.

You can find Sauterelle on www.eatsauterelle.com and on Amazon.com.

The distinct inverted gullwing profile of the plane can be seen on the exhibition caseback. A point that I appreciate link about the Super AVI is its 100m water-resistance. It's rare that a link chronograph link achieves these specs, and it's something I'm sure a naval aviator piloting the Corsair would appreciate given the difficult nature of flying the "ensign eliminator" over water.

There are two reasons for this. link First of all, hand link assembly and hand finishing are both slower than partially or fully automated manufacturing processes, and when you're link making tens or hundreds of thousands of watches a year, they're simply impractical.

How the RM UP-01 ended up looking the way it does, is therefore driven link by link the challenge of taking a conventional watch movement and figuring out what to rearrange – and leave out – in order to make the resulting watch and movement as flat as link possible.

Note that this is called the Oysterflex bracelet and not a rubber strap. This link is because, unlike a rubber strap, the link Oysterflex is far more bracelet-like. It is made up of – as the name suggests – flexible metal blades manufactured from a titanium and nickel alloy. The blades are over-molded with link high-performance black elastomer, which is extremely durable. The underside of the bracelet features longitudinal cushions which aid in both comfort and wearability.
