When it comes to Memorial Day, nothing is more traditional than a hot plate of buffalo wings. But wings AND Bowls, now that’s a new one.

Hanna Brand, the Co-Founder of Autumn Brand’s has crafted a THC infused buffalo wing dish to get everyone (21+) going on the holiday weekend!

Recipe Ingredients:

  • 4 lb. chicken wings

  • 4 tbsp. vegetable oil

  • 2 tsp. garlic powder

  • Kosher salt

  • Freshly ground black pepper

  • 1/2 c. hot sauce (such as Frank's)

  • 1 ml or  approximately 20 drops of the Autumn Brands Warrior Elixir  (Adding 33mg THC)

  • 4 tbsp. honey

  • 8 tbsp. butter

  • Ranch dressing, for serving

  • Carrot sticks, for serving

  • Celery sticks, for serving

This makes about 12 individual wings and is estimated at 2.5mg THC per wing!

Step 1 - Preheat the oven to 400° and place a wire rack over a baking sheet. In a large bowl, toss chicken wings with oil and season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Transfer to the prepared baking sheet.

Step 2 - Bake until chicken is golden and skin is crispy, 50 to 60 minutes, flipping the wings halfway through.

Step 3 - In a small saucepan, whisk together hot sauce, honey, and the elixir. Bring to a simmer then stir in butter. Cook until butter is melted and slightly reduced, about 2 minutes. Heat broiler on low. Transfer baked wings to a bowl and toss with buffalo sauce until completely coated. Return wings to rack and broil—watching carefully!—until the sauce caramelizes, 3 minutes.

She shows me this box, with a Rolex watch tightly concealed beneath the plastic. "Do you know what this is?" link she asked me link almost tantalizingly. And I did know. It was a Rolex Submariner ref. 116610LV, also known link as the Hulk because of its bright green bezel and matching dial.

What I like so much about the dark blue dial version link (reference LS908), link is that the moon disc blends in so nicely with the rest of the dial and the photo-realistic moon and stars link give such a nice contrast.

As for predictions: Well, Phillips just sold a yellow gold Cornes de Vache for $126,000. I'm not saying the ref. 6026 will come anywhere near that – the Cornes de Vache is a long-running collector link favorite (honestly, I also think the link 6026 needs a nickname to really take off) – but don't be surprised if it goes beyond its estimate of link CHF 30,000 to 60,000. Check out this Vacheron ref. 6026 at Phillips.

When link the catalog for the Sotheby's New York link Important Watches sale on December 6th dropped a few weeks ago, I saw that emphasis in action. Among the watches with a story Hess and team are offering this Friday is a group of vintage Heuers, comprising 38 lots, many with direct link ties to motorsport.

First released in 1977, the Oysterquartz was Rolex's response to the Quartz Revolution link – a solid-gold, battery-powered contender in the dominant category of link watchmaking of link the era. Not just remarkable for the quartz movement inside, the Oysterquartz also has an unexpected profile, with a tonneau case, a champagne dial, and a quasi-integrated bracelet that is unlike any Rolex watch before or since.
