"When I am going through something, whether happy or sad, I turn to music as a way to process," Charlotte explains. "When I wrote Not Mine Anymore, my relationship at the time was just starting its downward spiral. While I was turning to every artist I usually depended on to give me that perfect sad song to listen to in the moment, nothing fully encapsulated all of the emotions that I was feeling. I wasn't only in pain and heartbreak - there was a lot of confusion, jealousy and even hope. It was all so complicated (as all relationships are) and no existing song was doing it for me. So, I wrote my own. I hope that, for everyone else going through the multifaceted experience of heartbreak, this song can provide some solace, maybe some comfort, or at least help them get out a good cry."

Charlotte Morris is a nomadic singer-songwriter whose music showcases a unique blend of folk, pop, rock, & country music.
