NASHVILLE, Tenn. (Oct. 17, 2023) --Country singer-songwriter Whey Jennings will release a pair of new holiday inspired songs, the first being a remake of Leonard Cohen’s Gospel Rocker, “Hallelujah” on Friday, November 17 by way of Dirt Rock Empire. Delivering what is sure to be called his own stamp on the hit song, one can easily sense and hear Jennings own personal praise and giving of thanks to God for his newfound life of sobriety.
“Hallelujah is a song that saved my life and it continues to save my life everyday,” Jennings said. “It has not only brought me closer to God, but it has also allowed me to bring others closer to God. I perform this song night after night at my shows. Hallelujah and Praise the Lord!”
Jennings will also roll out his version of the iconic Gospel standard “Amazing Grace” just after the new year, which is due out on January 12 by Dirt Rock Empire. Both songs were recorded and produced in Nashville by Music Producer and composer Gary Carterat GC Music Studio Tennessee.
Jennings recently released his critically acclaimed third EP in September, Just Before The Dawn, also by Dirt Rock Empire and available now everywhere digitally. Finding salvation and redemption through his most personal, self-reflective and storyful set of songs, Jennings is proud of the project citing how he hopes the musical stories of his own life’s struggles and addictions can lead to delivering inspiration for anyone who may find themself in a similar situation.
“At the end of the day, I want to be able to change people’s lives with my music,” Whey said. “This EP gave me the ability to show people that you can change your life, with my life’s stories as the examples. I want to change lives, and that is what I hope for the most with this EP.”
About Whey Jennings: Country singer-songwriter Whey Jennings was born into one of country music’s most iconic family names, as he first emerged in 2012 as another naturally gifted singer from the Jennings tribe. With large boots to fill, the young Dirt Rock Empire recording artist with a booming baritone voice as big as Texas, finds himself with a few expectations to live up to. Seeking to establish his own musical legacy as one of the few remaining torch-bearing country traditionalists out there, Whey can instantly take his fans back to a time and sound his Grandfather Waylon and Grandmother Jessi gave birth to in the 70’s. Whey has two studio recorded EP releases under his belt, 2020’s Gypsy Soul and 2022’s If It Wasn’t for The Sinnin’, both which revealed musical stories of how Whey was coming to terms with a partying lifestyle, knowing he needed to make a change. On his third EP, Just Before The Dawn, out September 22, 2023, Whey shares more stories about his struggles with addiction, finding sobriety, and redemption through faith, family and friends. Interjecting his own modern-day approach to songwriting and storytelling, while staying rough around the edges with an unpolished grit and honest demeanor, Whey’s musical roots run as deep as his family’s name would imply. Whey Jennings has only scratched the surface of what is still yet to come. As they say, what goes around comes around.

Traditional Genevan haute horlogerie finishing at its best, produces a jewel-like finish, with a flourish of glittering surfaces that takes great time, effort and link concentration to produce. The caliber 321 has a more workmanlike effect on the eye, but link the contrast between the gilt-finished plate, bridges and cocks, and the straight-grained and polished steelwork, gives the movement a depth which the grey-black-white palette of rhodium-plated movements struggles link to match.
If this were the normal 45mm fare, my wrist wouldn't stand a chance. But I link quickly learned this watch clocked in at 42mm – the first time in yellow gold. Despite the link fact that it's a chronograph, it had so much link of the spirit of the original 1980 Hublot watch – the foundation upon which the brand is built.
Finally, Seiko's up-market SLA-divers, like the SLA017, also got a handful of mentions, being 39.9mm, and in link a price point much closer to that of the Pelagos. But now we're no link longer link in titanium and are considering watches where nostalgia is a large part of the appeal.
Each of the three watches features one link of the team’s three colours around link the watch rim, on the figures and the indices: yellow for the platinum version, red for the link 3D carbon model and black for the sapphire watch.
I didn't do anything. I just think that everybody likes watches. So I think that those people who are wearing Patek, they like it because they know it's artistic. They know it's not that easy to create something like that. It's like a good song: I cannot link believe you can make a great song in just two hours. It takes time. link It takes link experience. You have the voice, you have the music, you have everything.
